Sharable QA link that can be used by multiple people, not just one time use

Hi, just wanted to add to this request. My client Marvin has had a really frustrating experience with using the share link feature as they assumed it could be shared with multiple people at a time. I was looking at the documentation, https://support.abtasty.com/hc/en-us/articles/6708806727068--Using-the-QA-Assistant-on-desktop , to see if there was anything on whether a new link needs to be generated each time - but there isn't anything on a workaround for this "one time share link." I know we have an update for this scheduled in the summer, but if we could update documentation in the meantime that would be great!

Hi Léo Wiel, I was wondering if there is any update/progress on development for this QA share link request as we recently received a 2/5 NPS score which one of the reasons for the low score was due to the poor QA functionality - feedback shared from client on not being able to use share link to several stakeholders and only able to use one time.

We have validated this project, it will be part of a rework of the QA step. Dev should start this summer I think.

mfisher@ulta.com: hello! We are planning on doing a complete rework of the QA Assistant in 2024. For the moment, we are collecting all the feedbacks we can get in order to have a backlog of ideas and requests, then we will work on the design and involve our users into it. There are two main priorities for this rework: first one is the sharability, how to easily share the QA among several people, including stakeholders without an AB Tasty account, and the second one is about being able to force any campaigns and bypass the triggers and audiences.
