At the moment, the data streaming latency is around 3 hours, but we also have a rule to avoid computing the results of your reportings too often. The older your campaign is, the less often we compute the results.
Here's the exact rules:
- Up to 72 hours of test liveness, we update the report data every hour.
- From 4 to 7 days, we update the report data every 4 hours.
- From 8 to 14 days, we update the report data every 8 hours.
- From 15 days and above, we update the report data every 12 hours.
That may explain why you have the feeling the data is updated only twice a day.
We will also release in a few weeks a major improvement to our system allowing us to display the data in realtime (with a 1 or 2 minutes latency). This realtime will be activated at the very beggining of a campaign to ease your QA and let you make sure the campaign is working just fine and deactivated after, when it is not necessary anymore and going back to the previous rules.
I'm quite sure you'll heard about it since it is going to be a major change for AB Tasty!

It is active for all campaigns.
The old rules stay valid for the non-realtime reportings (when realtime is automatically turned off).
