APP2 : a user has a 48h deadline to login when an access has been created.
Issue :
- We have many issues with the short deadline on APP2 --> many clients don't validate their access on time, meaning they create Support tickets or that we have to reset their access during Product Training. It also has a negative impact on the onboarding experience.
FR Inter-company training : it concerns ~2 out of 10 users every month - screenshot attached
- We often have to share this Confluence note and support CSMs because it not intuitive to remember the info & process.
Also, epoq Control Desk has a 7 days deadline to login when an access has been created which had even more complexity.
Potential Solution :
Align APP2 and epoq login deadline, preferably on a 7 days range than 48h. KPI :
Number of reinitialization emails sent, time spent on basic support, time spent on CSM onboarding, customer experienceg
