Hi Denise,
Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this issue to my attention.
It seems like the dynamic tags for 'period' and 'unit' are currently defaulting to English, which isn't ideal for multilingual websites. Your workaround of replacing
!unit!
with a fixed text like 'heures' is a good temporary solution, but I agree that having it auto-translate based on the website’s language would be much better.
I recommend submitting this feature request through our AB Tasty feedback portal: https://feedback.abtasty.com/features-requests. This will allow our product team to track the request, and you'll also be able to follow any updates or progress on this feature.
For your information, the portal is accessible here :

Initial email:
Hi Jules,
We were setting up a social proof campaign in ABTasty and discovered an issue.
For the 'Social Proof' widget we are using the dynamic tags to pick up the 'period' and 'unit'.
However, these seem to have no translation other than English.
E.g. using it like this:
"Best-seller - Acheté <strong>!purchaseQty! fois</strong> au cours des !period! dernières !unit! !"
Will result in
"Best-seller - Acheté <strong>!purchaseQty! fois</strong> au cours des !period! dernières hours !"
For now we have replaced the dynamic tag for !unit! with a fixed text (in the example above 'heures'). But it would be nice if this would be auto translated depending on the language of the website.
Are you able to have your developers look at this? And also keep us posted if it is getting updated. Thanks!
