Problem: IP based QA testing is very troublesome for our team. I wish to have more easier and faster access to QA of a test.

Perhaps you can rethink the QA process. A preview link would be sufficient to review a test, regardless the IPs or cookie setting of a team member.

Actually we are going to revamp the QA process because we know that it is very painful!
