[QA Assistant] Needs to fix filtering and segment criteria eligibility reports

QA panel needs to fix bug where it tells you the correct triggering criteria and why it matches or not.
Most of the time when you are rejected it doesn't give enough information which is useless for diagnosing why a test's segment/targeting criteria may be wrong. See attached for example.

I have a couple of questions:
- Could you tell me if you were supposed to be accepted on the datalayer value side inside your attached example?
- What are you referring to when you say that we don't give enough informations? Are you talking about the "current" datalayer value? Do you have other example in which you were lacking some information to audit your test?
